**Files submitted in the form of a PDF will incur an additional charge.
  • There will be an additional charge of $1/page for each page up to a total of 9 pages.
  • There will be an additional charge of $2/page for each page exceeding 9 pages, up to a total of 39 pages.
  • There will be an additional charge of $3/page for each page exceeding 39 pages, up to a total of 69 pages.
  • There will be an additional charge of $4/page for each page exceeding 69 pages, up to a total of 89 pages.
  • There will be an additional charge of $5/page for each page exceeding 89 pages.
Please note that “pages” are based upon standard page formats, which could vary slightly but typically include the following guidelines:
  • Times New Roman (or similar) font
  • Size 12 font
  • One inch margins
  • Double-spaced lines
  • Paragraphs that are indented half an inch
